What is the difference between your Self-Serve tools, the Accos platform, and Enterprise solutions?
- Self-Serve Tools: Independent, ready-to-use AI tools designed for immediate productivity. Ideal for individuals or small teams needing to quickly extract, validate, and export data from financial documents without any integration setup.

What types of documents can the self-serve tools process?
The tools can instantly process and extract structured data from a wide variety of financial documents, including invoices, purchase orders (POs), and contracts. We also support scanned copies and documents in local languages.
Can I export my data to my accounting software?
Yes. You can export your validated, structured data into formatted Excel files specifically tailored for easy bulk-uploading into accounting software like Zoho and Tally (creating automated bill or invoice objects).
How much does it cost?
We offer three plans. The Free tier gives you 20 documents, 20 extractions, and 20 validations per month to get started. Our Pro plan offers 500 documents, extractions, validations, and reconciliations per month plus 25 GB storage. What is Accos?
Accos is the operating system that powers all of our applications and offerings. It handles the heavy lifting behind document reconciliation, inbox processing, revenue recognition, and more.
Can I build on top of Accos?

Do you offer direct integrations for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable?
Yes. While our self-serve tools are independent, our Enterprise solutions offer direct, custom integrations with your existing CRM (to pull contracts) and ERP (to push ledger entries and bill objects). We sit right in the middle to fully automate your AP and AR pipelines.
How long does an Enterprise implementation take?
Because every company's ERP setup is bespoke, Enterprise solutions require a custom implementation. However, we move fast—most custom integrations are completed and deployed within a couple of weeks.
Is my financial data secure?
Yes. Cadel.ai is SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified. These are internationally recognised standards for information security management and service-organisation controls, and we undergo regular independent audits to maintain compliance.
Where is my data stored?
All data is hosted on hyperscaler cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS, GCP) with geo-localised data centres, so your information stays within your preferred region. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard encryption protocols.
Do you use my private documents to train your AI?
No. We never use your proprietary financial data or documents to train our foundational AI models. Your data is used solely to deliver the service you requested.
How is my data protected?
All documents and extracted data are encrypted at rest and in transit. We enforce strict data-retention policies and role-based access controls, ensuring only authorised processes interact with your information.
What happens if I close my account?
If you choose to close your account, all of your uploaded documents and associated data will be permanently deleted from our servers.
What types of documents can Cadel process?
Cadel can extract structured data from a wide range of financial documents, including invoices, purchase orders (POs), contracts, goods-received notes, and more. We also handle scanned copies, photographed documents, and PDFs with complex table layouts.
Does Cadel support documents in languages other than English?
Yes. Our platform supports multi-lingual document processing, so you can upload invoices and contracts in local and regional languages and still get accurate, structured data extraction.
